A friendly and welcoming primary school situated in High Wycombe is currently seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join them in January 2026. The school is looking for a strong, determined, and driven individual who is passionate about working with a Special Needs student with behavioural needs (SEMH).

Work closely with Inclusion Manager
Long-term Position

The ideal candidate for this school will be passionate and hard-working, but also eager to grow and develop their skills and career. The position is 5 days a week, working on a 1:1 basis with an SEN student with challenging behaviour. The school is based in High Wycombe and supports a KS2 student with SEMH needs.
