Are you passionate about making a real difference in young people’s lives? We’re looking for a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a supportive specialist school in Dunstable, helping learners who have experienced neglect, trauma, or challenges with their mental health.

In this rewarding SEMH Teaching Assistant role, you’ll work closely with teachers and support staff to create a safe, nurturing environment where every learner can thrive. You’ll provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils manage emotions, build confidence, and re-engage with their education and training.
