Teaching Assistant
Location: Sittingbourne
Contract: Full-time / Term-time only
Academics are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about education to make a real difference in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils 1:1, in small groups, and across whole-class activities.

Deliver targeted interventions (literacy, numeracy, speech & language, sensory).
*
Provide additional support for pupils with SEN.
*
Assist teachers with planning, preparation and classroom management.
*
Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and confidence.
*
Help monitor and record pupil progress.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous classroom or child-support experience.
*
Strong understanding of SEN support.
*
Patient, proactive, and reliable approach.
*
Passion for helping children achieve their best.
