We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming Primary School in Hillingdon. As a HLTA, you will work closely with class teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver learning activities, as well as lead whole-class sessions in the teacher’s absence. You’ll support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons and learning activities to whole classes and small groups.

Support teachers in planning and assessing learning outcomes.
*
Provide targeted academic and emotional support to pupils, including those with SEN.
*
Liaise effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support pupil progress.
Requirements:
*
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a UK primary school.
*
Proven experience supporting children across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
*
A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
