Teaching Assistant – Macclesfield

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support teaching and learning in primary schools across Macclesfield for the new academic year. These roles offer a fantastic opportunity to work with children of all abilities, gain valuable experience, and become part of a supportive school community.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
* Assist pupils with their learning in small groups or on a 1:1 basis when required
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Contribute to classroom organisation and preparation of learning materials
* Support pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff

Role Requirements:

* Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting
* A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility, patience, and a proactive attitude
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
* Right to work in the UK
