As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Years 7–11).
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to help students reach their potential.
* Assist teachers with planning, preparation, and classroom delivery.
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with the SEN and Inclusion teams to support students of all abilities.
Requirements: Graduate Teaching Assistant – Ealing
* A 2:2 degree or higher in any subject area.
* Some experience working with young people (paid or voluntary).
* A genuine passion for education and supporting students.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to working full-time for the academic year.
