Academics is working closely with a fantastic, high-achieving Primary School in Aylesbury that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join their Early Years team immediately.
About the Role:
* Full-time (Monday to Friday)
* Supporting Early Years students within a nurturing classroom environment
* Working alongside a class teacher to deliver the EYFS curriculum
* Delivering small group activities and contributing to children’s progress
* Taking observations and supporting individual learning plans
* Long-term opportunity for the full academic year, with training and progression available
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, BA)
* GCSEs in Maths & English (A*-C / 9-4)
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework
* Experience with early years observations and assessments
* A confident, proactive, and positive attitude
* Excellent communication skills with pupils, staff, and parents
* A team player who is adaptable, committed, and passionate about early education
