Academics Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join an Outstanding primary school in Croydon, working within an Enhanced Learning Provision to support pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) experience. This Teaching Assistant role in Croydon offers the opportunity to make a real impact.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with EHCPs and additional learning needs in Croydon.
Foster positive behaviour, confidence, and emotional wellbeing through nurturing support.
💡 The Ideal Candidate
Experienced in supporting SEMH pupils and EYFS learners as a Teaching Assistant.
Holds a relevant Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent experience).
