The Role:
* Full-time, long-term position with the potential to go permanent
* Competitive daily rate of £85–£95 per day
* Supporting learners with SEMH and behavioural needs in and out of the classroom
* Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons across the curriculum, including GCSE and Functional Skills
* Building positive relationships with pupils, providing consistent structure, encouragement and guidance
* Working within a dynamic, supportive team in a specialist provision that focuses on both academic and personal growth
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience working with children or young people (school, youth work, support work or care settings welcome)
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with learners
* Resilient, patient, and able to remain calm in challenging situations
* A genuine interest in supporting learners with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours
* A proactive, adaptable approach with a willingness to learn and develop
