The Role:
* Temporary-to-permanent opportunity with clear progression routes
* Competitive daily rate of £100–£120
* Delivering and covering lessons across the GCSE and Functional Skills curriculum
* Providing consistent structure and boundaries to learners with SEMH and behavioural needs

The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a school setting
* Strong behaviour management skills with the ability to de-escalate challenging situations effectively
* Understanding of SEMH needs and trauma-informed approaches
* Resilient, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure
