You’ll work with pupils who may present with Autism, ADHD, trauma-related behaviours, and SEMH. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students to manage their emotions and access learning in a safe, structured environment.

* Salary: £89–£100 per day
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Supporting pupils in managing challenging behaviour positively
* Assisting with lessons and classroom activities
