Your role will involve supervising lessons, maintaining high behaviour standards, and supporting student learning during the absence of the regular teacher.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a constructive learning environment.
* Supervise assigned tasks set by the subject teacher.
* Act as a positive role model and build productive relationships with students.
* Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and ensuring the health and safety of students.
Ideal Cover Supervisor Candidate:
* Previous experience in a school setting.
