Academics is partnering with a primary school in Redbridge, London, to find an exceptional HLTA who is dedicated to supporting a variety of classes and pupils. You’ll work across all year groups and core subjects, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning are met.

HLTA Responsibilities:

* Delivering pre-planned lessons across all year groups (EYFS, KS1 & KS2) when covering teachers.
* Collaborating with class teachers and the senior leadership team to ensure learning objectives are met and students’ academic potential is maximized.
* Providing support to SEND students, using tailored approaches to meet their individual needs.
* Implementing effective teaching strategies to promote learning across all subjects and year groups.
