Due to the needs of the children within the schools, ideally you will need to be available Monday to Friday during school hours. Children with SEN and other associated needs tend to require consistency within the classroom.

As a Psychology Graduate you should be able to:
* Identify student's strengths, challenges, and developmental needs and adapt your support accordingly.
* Help students navigate their academic environment.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive and inclusive environment for students.
* Effectively communicate with pupils and staff.
* Show empathy, patience, and have a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
* Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
* Prove you have a DBS certificate with no reprimands or be willing to pay and apply for a new one via Academics.
