You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of classrooms during teacher absences by following set lesson plans and managing student behaviour. Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise students in the absence of regular teachers.
* Ensure lesson plans are delivered effectively and to a high standard.
* Maintain order and encourage positive student behaviour.
* Assist students with questions or challenges as they arise.
* Liaise with teaching staff regarding lesson objectives and student progress.
Job Requirements:
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* Ability to engage students and maintain a productive learning environment.
* Previous experience in a classroom setting (preferred but not essential).
* Adaptability and the ability to work in different schools and environments.
