Key Responsibilities:

* Support students' social, emotional, and academic growth through personalised strategies.
* Collaborate with the class teacher to maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
* Implement therapeutic practices alongside trained psychologists and therapists.
* Foster trusting relationships to help students regulate emotions and build resilience.
* Adapt your approach to meet individual student needs effectively.

This position offers invaluable frontline experience in working with young people with significant needs. You’ll collaborate with a team of experienced professionals, gaining insight into restorative and therapeutic approaches to education.

Requirements:

* A Level 3 qualification or higher (a Degree is highly desirable).
* Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals (personal or professional).
* Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
* A genuine interest in mental health and supporting young people.

Details:

* Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm.
