Your Role:
As a Cover Teacher, you will play a critical role in ensuring continuity in students’ education during teacher absences. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
* Engaging students and fostering a positive learning environment.
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
* Providing feedback to staff on lesson outcomes and student progress.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to cover various subjects and age groups.
* A genuine enthusiasm for education and student achievement.
* Previous teaching experience or QTS is preferred but not essential.
