About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic HLTA to support the growing demand in primary schools. This is an excellent opportunity to work flexible hours in welcoming and supportive school environments.
As an HLTA, your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering lessons across all year groups in accordance with the Primary National Curriculum.
* Adapting lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
* Following and adhering to school policies and procedures at all times.
* Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.
Essential Requirements
* A HLTA qualification or equivalent teaching/teaching assistant qualification.
* Recent experience working within primary schools.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with dedication to supporting student development.
* A calm and positive manner, enabling effective behaviour management within the classroom.
* The ability to independently deliver lessons and follow the class teacher’s planning.
