Role Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant secondary school. In this role, you’ll work directly with teachers and students, providing vital support to enhance students’ learning experiences and well-being. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain classroom experience, develop your educational skills, and make a meaningful impact on students' lives.

Key Responsibilities for a Teaching Assistant

* Assist teachers in delivering lessons, providing individualized support to students, and ensuring a smooth learning process.
* Help students stay engaged with lesson materials, supporting their academic and personal development.
* Aid in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to participate actively.
* Help manage student behavior effectively, ensuring the classroom remains focused and productive.

Requirements for a Teaching Assistant

* Minimum GCSE level in English and Math; further qualifications or A-levels are advantageous.
* Prior experience in an educational or youth support role is beneficial but not essential.
* Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work well with students and staff.
