About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant in Lambeth, you will work closely with class teachers to support individual students and small groups, creating a stimulating learning environment. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities
* Work with individual students and small groups to provide extra support where needed
* Help maintain a positive and orderly learning environment
* Prepare materials and resources for lessons
* Monitor and report on student progress to teachers
* Participate in school events and extracurricular activities as needed
What We Are Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with young people is desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting student development
* A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
* Relevant degree or similar
