College SEN Teaching Assistant Role:

Requirements of a College SEN Teaching Assistant:
* Previous experience working with young adults with special educational needs and disabilities.
* Ability to provide effective support in classroom activities and personalized learning programs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities of a College SEN Teaching Assistant:
* Assist in delivering tailored learning plans for students with SEND.
* Provide one-on-one support to students as required.
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to foster an inclusive learning environment.
* Monitor student progress and report feedback to the SEND Coordinator.
