About the Role:
Academics is seeking dedicated and passionate Level 2/3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our team on a supply basis, working across a variety of nursery settings in Farnborough. This flexible role offers the opportunity to work in different environments, gain experience, and contribute to the early years' development of children in Frimley.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the daily running of nursery rooms, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment for all children.
* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Observe and assess children’s progress, documenting their learning journey and reporting to senior staff and parents.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere.
* Ensure all safeguarding and health and safety policies are adhered to at all times.

Requirements:

* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
* A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their early development.
* Flexibility to work in different nursery settings on a supply basis.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Ability to commute to Farnborough.
