Pay - £90 per day

Role – Full time and Part time positions available

Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire

I am working with an excellent and popular secondary school in Chesham who require full time Teaching Assistants/Learning Support Assistants to start with them asap, full time to help ensure our students with identified additional needs are fully supported.

They provide exciting and challenging teaching, which encourages students to want to learn and to be independent learners; young people who can think for themselves, express themselves easily and function in a wide variety of environments.

They are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to start with them ASAP, full time on a contract basis. (Until Christmas, longer booking for the right candidate).

You would be responsible for providing support tailored to meet your students’ needs and assisting teaching staff with the delivery of specialist interventions as required.

There is a strong support network in place where you can develop your skills quickly with plenty of opportunities to further your career.

We are looking for caring, supportive and dedicated TAs/ LSAs who have experience working with students either as part of small groups or on a one to one basis. You will be working with Year 7’s through to Year 11’s.

The successful TA/LSA will need to be able to support pupils that may have challenging behaviour, and specific learning difficulties. With support from other members of staff, you will support pupils with their progress and attainment.

We are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Education, understand and enjoy the challenges that come with working with students who have difficulties learning and progressing. Therefore, you will be a patient, charismatic and nurturing individual.

No matter how large or small your experience supporting students with learning difficulties, we would love to hear from you!
