We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed ABA Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant SEN school in London. This role is essential in providing tailored support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the best possible education and training.

Role Responsibilities:

As an ABA Teaching Assistant, you will:

* Support students on a one-to-one basis, utilizing ABA strategies to enhance their learning experiences.
* Collaborate closely with teachers to implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that incorporate effective education and training techniques.
* Assist in the development and delivery of engaging educational activities tailored to the needs of our students.
* Observe and track student progress, providing valuable feedback to educators to inform instruction and interventions.
* Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging social skills and personal development.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development related to ABA practices and special education.

Successful Candidate Will Have:

* Relevant qualifications in education and training, such as a diploma in special education or a background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
* Proven experience working in a SEN school environment, particularly with children who have diverse learning needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to education and training, demonstrating creativity in problem-solving.
* A deep understanding of ABA principles and their application within a SEN school setting.
* Commitment to the continuous improvement of skills and knowledge in special education and training.
