Academics are currently looking for a qualified and experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant for a variety of day-to-day and long term supply opportunities. The main responsibility for the 1:1 teaching assistant is to support a learner with either diverse learning needs or special educational needs. They will ensure that the learner(s) progress and thrives in a classroom environment.
Responsibilities of a 1:1 Teaching Assistant include:
* Provide learning support for learners in a classroom environment and in 1:1 situations.
* Run specific activities tailored to the learner’s individual and social needs.
