We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Birmingham team and help us continue our mission of enhancing education through effective recruitment.

We are based in a beautiful part of Birmingham, Colmore Row

Role Overview: The Senior Recruitment Consultant will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Birmingham office. This role involves sourcing and placing high-quality candidates in educational roles, developing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and a passion for making a positive impact to schools

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placing them in suitable roles.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and candidates.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
* Provide excellent service to clients and candidates
* Work towards achieving individual and team targets and KPIs.
* Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure competitive advantage.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment role
* Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills and time-management abilities.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* High level of professionalism and integrity.
* Passion for the education sector and a desire to make a difference.
