The Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons to pupils across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. You will play an essential role in promoting a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters both academic achievement and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver dynamic, creative lessons aligned with the national curriculum
* Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, providing regular feedback
* Create a supportive and inclusive environment that meets the needs of all learners
* Implement effective classroom and behaviour management strategies
* Work collaboratively with staff and parents to support pupil development
* Participate in school activities and contribute to the wider school community
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and/or 2
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* Ability to inspire and engage pupils from a range of abilities
* A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
