Are you a skilled and experienced caretaker seeking a rewarding opportunity in a school environment? Look no further! We are currently recruiting for a dedicated School Caretaker in Risca, South Wales.
Pay:
£13.50 - £15 per hour (depending on experience)
Caretaker Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake general maintenance and caretaker duties to ensure the school premises are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
* Carry out routine repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
* Monitor and manage school security, including locking and unlocking premises.
* Respond promptly to any emergency situations and carry out Health and Safety checks.
* Liaise with school staff to understand and address specific maintenance needs.
Caretaker Requirements:
* Proven experience in caretaking or maintenance work.
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ideally local to Risca, South Wales.
