Right from the beginning when I first made contact with Academics and Jason and Caitlin came out to visit the school to discuss our needs, it is clear that the team really understand the needs of the school and this has enabled me to have confidence in the service that can be provided. I felt that Jason was really interested in learning about how the classes work and how we use our staff and the impact when we are short staffed.
It is really clear that when I contact the branch that Jason and his team work very efficiently together as no matter who has taken my call I have always had a timely response and my messages have always been passed across accurately. The office staff are really approachable and professional. I am continually impressed at the speed at which the cover requested is arranged.
Jason has always been very open with me where I have made requests that may take some time to look into and has managed my expectations. For example, it is not always possible to have a supply TA at short notice with moving and handling experience but we have been able to have conversations and make adjustments to be able to accommodate who is available.
We have had some fantastic Teachers and Teaching Assistants that have come through the school. All have arrived at the time expected and have positively contributed to the classes. There have been no instances where staff have not arrived when they were due and all have been professional. We now have a number of supply staff who are really well known in the school and are sent to us on a regular basis which is so helpful as their familiarity to the school and the children is invaluable.
Jason is always happy to receive feedback and we have some really honest and constructive conversations with really positive outcomes.
There have been occasions where Jason has sent staff on a trial because he has identified the potential to be a really good match for Highbury and this has worked really successfully.
I just want to express my thanks to the Halifax Branch and I really look forward to continuing to work with the team.
