“I decided to begin working with an agency after being unable to secure a job within the Covid-19 climate. Alison contacted me in early September and was keen to meet with me and find about my personality, experience, knowledge and career goals. After meeting with Alison, I felt relaxed and supported. Within a week, Alison was able to clear my file and found me a full time role working as a 1-1. Although this was not my career goal, it allowed me to ease back into the educational setting and put all my knowledge and experience into practice. I was able to build up my confidence and gain new experiences which I can use in the future. Whilst in this placement Alison has kept in contact, to ensure I am happy in my role, whilst explaining that she will continue to look for teaching roles for me. I am so thankful for Alison and her genuine and caring attitude, which enabled me to feel comfortable throughout the whole process and know that I am supported within my role at school.
