Yasmin has genuine compassion for both the school and the candidates ensuring she finds the best blend for both. This is clearly evident in the quality of candidates and feedback from them too.

From our conversations, Yasmin has succinctly comprehended the job brief to promptly send over CVs that have been selected and booked in for interview within 24 hours from initial discussion.

In the last 2 weeks of Summer 2, a notoriously difficult recruitment period, she has assisted in the recruitment of 3 high quality teachers and 3 support staff, all within a very short period of time thus allowing us to have a stress free summer due to our full complement of staff for September. I have challenged her to provide candidates at very short notice and she has always managed to deliver through her proactive resourcing and approach - I've never heard her say she can't do accommodate our requirements.

In the period of time I have worked with Yasmin, it has been exceptionally clear how passionate she is. Her professional, dedicated, driven, empathetic and friendly approach make it very easy to deal with her and she is a credit to her company and developing a new industry standard.
