Step Academy Trust

STEP has been working with Academics since the summer 2013. Leigham Stone is our consultant who we hold in high regard. Over the last three years, Leigham has provided us with some quality candidates across South London.

Academics have always been very honest about the candidates which they have and vet them carefully. This has resulted in some very difficult appointments being filled.

In Spring 2016, Academics held a “speed dating” recruitment event in Holborn. The event was exceptionally well organised, allowing the schools who attended to meet a large number of candidates. Over the course of the evening, STEP was able to shortlist and invite in ten potential teachers. Although the appointment process is not yet over, we have already secured a number of teachers from this event.

I am sure that the relationship between STEP and Academics will continue and I would recommend them without reservation.
