I found out about Academics through my university email. After I responded to their email the very next day I received  a phone call and was on my way to making the necessary arrangements for my new life in England. At first it was a very daunting experience but Academics simplified the application process. I chose Academics because their staff are dedicated and committed to providing you with exceptional service. I was assigned with a mentor from the UK office who got me in contact with a number of schools. Frank was friendly and easy to contact even with the time difference.

I truly do see him as a mentor as he was always there for me to answer and of the one hundred questions I had and he way always there to answer them and help me in any way that I could. Frank has shown great commitment and dedication towards his career in Academics and has an exceptional gift in leaving all his clients satisfied as he gets results. Hence, I recommended my friend to Frank who is also working in the UK in the same county. Frank is flexible and hard working and is someone who I can rely on at anytime of the day. Academics have an excellent reputation within the school communities and are always there for you. They go above and beyond with not only their service but also the benefits you receive. This includes a rebate on your flight and free accommodation while you look for a place. Through out the whole process I always had someone there to support me from the UK which gave me the confidence and the determination to make the big move. The Academics team pride themselves on their results and their reputation which was evident in me securing a position within the first two weeks. The whole process including my flights, visa and accommodation took under a month. At the same time I was working seven days a week back in Sydney. 

Academics are there for you and provide a great deal of flexibility. In fact, their dedicated team took a large load of the application process from me to help me secure my position at my school. I have other friends who are currently with other recruiting agency and have expressed some dissatisfaction with their pay and the service their received. At no point in my experience do I feel that and Academics remain my first point of contact when any issues arise. I aim to be with them for the remainder of my teaching career here in the UK. There is nothing to lose and it was the best decision I have made as it created a stress free atmosphere based on results.
