To begin with, Amy visited the school so she could understand the demographics of the school as well as the needs of the children so that she is able to fill any roles appropriately.  Amy has developed a great understanding of how schools work and she is incredibly flexible and patient especially when I am not able to get back to her emails straight away.  I feel that we have an incredible level of service and this continues with regular emails and visits to us to see if she needs to have any input with the graduates from her side.  I know that if there is a problem, our consultant will sort this out straight away and in a very professional manner.
