Dartford Grammar School for Girls

Doug knows the school and the calibre of candidate we seek.  He therefore is selective when sending through details, he also checks first with the candidate to ensure they would like to work at this school in the role being offered.  We are not constantly bombarded with details of available candidates so therefore take note when Doug sends details of someone whom he feels would suit this school; very much appreciated.  In addition, emails from Academics are not then blocked as I do with many an agency who send through the same email in multiples of 5/6.  I value Doug's honesty when issues have arisen or when discussing particular candidates, again it makes one take note and has generated a trust between the school and Academics.
