and science for the primary phase, including the National Strategies for teaching
literacy and numeracy from Reception to Year 6.

This guide covers key elements of subject knowledge in English, mathematics
and science for the secondary phase, as well as the English, mathematics and
science strands of the Key Stage 3 National Strategy.

and Behaviour Management
This guide incorporates essentials of good practice in classroom and behaviour
management, generic to all phases of education. It includes ideas, techniques
and practical strategies to support the work of supply teachers.

This guide covers the revisions to the National Curriculum in 2000 and more
