All teachers working with Academics have the opportunity to participate in quality in-service training (INSET) held either in school or at the agency in our purpose-built training facility.

This is equipped with an interactive whiteboard, video and laptop so that you have access to up-to-date training methods.

Each term a training programme is arranged and advertised.

The topics covered by the programme are determined by the needs of the workforce. These are identified by the participants themselves in performance review and survey.
